COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Innovative Technology PTE080-3Y101 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued John-Crane products, including obsoleted and phased-out Intecolor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ite-siemens product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader John-Crane such as the J1234 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FP15PACAAAZ manufactured by Intecolor and we are pleased to be able to service most Intecolor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HHED63B050R by Manufacturer Ite-siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ivo-Industries Brand GXP1MA204101000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Johnson-Pump/mayfair such as 101302295 equipment made by Johnson-Pump/mayfair have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Johnson-Pump/mayfair products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Johnson-Pump/mayfair" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available E6621245 made by Ivs as well as the popular 72560 original spares produced by Jena-Tec Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FTII414600 by Jokab and 101302295 spares by Johnson-Pump/mayfair are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DC160V10 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Jenytec. |
